No, not COMMON SENSE..
I am desperately looking for that SENSE OF URGENCY in the people I'm working with right now..Disappointing...

I don't want to reprimand my subordinates as much as I don't want to be reprimanded by my bosses.  I don't want to ruin anybody's schedule as much as I don't want mine to be ruined.  Patience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I won't be confronting you, you might not like me when I'm angry.  But I do hope you get the message that I badly need your sense of responsibility and cooperation.

Just because we think someone else should be more responsible than us doesn't mean that we can already be less responsible.  Just because we are not directly reporting to the ultimate boss doesn't mean we can already be less pressured and therefore we could already care less.  Just because your boss doesn't seem serious in setting the deadlines doesn't mean that it's ok not to take our work seriously as well.  That's really unacceptable!
