Where's the Sixth Sense?

No, not COMMON SENSE..
I am desperately looking for that SENSE OF URGENCY in the people I'm working with right now..Disappointing...
I don't want to reprimand my subordinates as much as I don't want to be reprimanded by my bosses. I don't want to ruin anybody's schedule as much as I don't want mine to be ruined. Patience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't be confronting you, you might not like me when I'm angry. But I do hope you get the message that I badly need your sense of responsibility and cooperation.
Just because we think someone else should be more responsible than us doesn't mean that we can already be less responsible. Just because we are not directly reporting to the ultimate boss doesn't mean we can already be less pressured and therefore we could already care less. Just because your boss doesn't seem serious in setting the deadlines doesn't mean that it's ok not to take our work seriously as well. That's really unacceptable!

Deprivation

I just felt that our freedom of self-expression has been deprived (a little due to the blockage of some of the websites by our internal IT Dept. I understand that surfing the net during office hours is really unallowed (per Company policy), but I just hope that they will consider allowing the access of the sites during lunch break..With this toxic environment, I think we deserve a little break!!!

> Blogsites are allowed for like 60 minutes only, and access is allowed after 5:30 pm
> Deviantart is allowed after 5:30 pm..
How on earth could I express myself real time??!!

...i can't upload my deviations huhu 
accordingly, the files i'm uploading are corrupted!!!
one of the pieces that i'm supposed to upload is an ambigram i created while i was on a training (on Financial Instruments -->talk about loans and receivables, available-for-sale investments, derivatives, impairment --audit-talk again!) earlier this afternoon...
*sigh* *sigh*
accordingly, the files i'm uploading are corrupted!!!

out of boredom

...it's Friday and my mind's not in the mood for work again... before i created this account in deviant art, i was working on our planning materials for one of my audit clients...then, i remembered this site from a bulletin post in friendster, found "this" interesting, then psymer.deviantart.com/ came into existence hehehe
suddenly, i was eager to finish my audit-related work just so i could explore this site more and not feel guilty about it! whew!
